Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup coconut milk
1 tsp honey
1/3 cup blueberries
Method
Mix all ingredients in a cup then allow to sit for 3 minutes, then give it another stir to ensure no clumps.
Store in fridge to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Once ready to eat top with a few more blueberries and serve cold.
