Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Almond milk
1 tbsp choc chips
Method
Break up 2 very ripe bananas into small pieces (the more brown spots, the better). Put them in a freezer bag laid out flat so they don’t stick together, and freeze for around 24 hours.
Put your frozen banana pieces, cocoa powder, and a splash of almond milk into your food processer or blender and blend until smooth. A lot of blenders/ food processers may struggle with the small amount of liquid so gradually add more almond milk as you go if needed, spooning the mixture off the sides and ensuring it mixes well.
Stir the choc chips into the mixture and serve immediately.
