Ingredients
1 2/3 cups oats
2 ½ tbsp honey
3 tbsp coconut oil (melt in microwave if needed)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup mini choc chips
Method
Create oat flour by blending oats.
Add all ingredients except choc chips into mixing bowl and stir to create a dough. Fold in choc chips once combined.
Roll dough with hands into 2cm size balls and place on baking tray with baking paper.
Add the tray to fridge and allow to set for a couple of hours.
Notes
These taste best when fresh but will keep in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
Store in air tight container.
If you want to taste them heated when they aren’t as fresh try microwaving them for 10 second increments until warm.
Recommended daily serve: 1-2 per day.
