Ingredients
1/2 medium banana
2/3 cup frozen mango
1 stalk celery
Handful of raw spinach
½ freshly juiced lemon
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 sprig mint leaves
Optional extras
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp wheatgrass powder
½ – 1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp hemp protein
1 tsp flaxseed
Method
Chop fruit and veg into small pieces.
Add all ingredients to blender with a cup of cold water (adjust water amount to your desired smoothie consistency).
Blend and enjoy.
Notes
Double ingredients if you want to make an extra serving to have tomorrow.
Store in airtight bottle/ container overnight or you can freeze.
You can prep this recipe by putting all the ingredients into your blender (not blending) and keep in fridge overnight until you are ready to blend and drink fresh.
